Senior Civil Engineer — CoE-INFRA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overall Project Coordination for related tasks
• Perform project planning, monitoring progress, reporting, quantity survey and estimation, and bill preparation, review and recommendation
• Day to Day project Tracking
• Related market survey
• To be able to select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications
• To be able to draft contracts, and related documents required in the procurement of projects, evaluate them, and perform related coordination
• Draft documents such as Reports, Correspondences, Minutes of Meetings, and Presentations
• Liaison with consultants and client of the project

Attributes:

• Bachelor’s in construction technology (SBST)/Civil Engineering/ Master’s in Construction Engineering Management/ Master’s in Infrastructure Management
• Exhibits sound communication skills
• Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Ms Office, and other similar software

Outcomes:

• Successful completion of projects
• Consistent, high-quality work
• Strong and efficient project management processes

Experience: 2 to 4 years in building projects
