Hersh Vardhan Bhasin is an Architect-Planner with over 10 years of experience in Architecture and Planning.  Hersh has worked on projects such as preparing Local Area Plans, Transit-Oriented Development, townships, advisory services for Smart City, and various architectural projects in the domain of Residential, Healthcare, Corporate Offices, Hospitality, and Institutional.  Some of the significant projects are preparing LAP's for MoHUA identified smart cities, Land transaction services for Raipur Smart city.

He is also a visiting faculty at CEPT University teaching Masters of Urban Planning, primarily dealing with Development Plan studio and Local Area Plan.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Rizvi College of Architecture, Mumbai, and a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from CEPT University, Ahmedabad.
