Kristi is an Architect and Urban Planner working as Research Fellow in Urban Planning with CUPP. With CUPP, she is engaged in the Pilot formulation of Local Area Plans and Town Planning Schemes for cities covered under the Smart City Mission. She has a year-long experience working on trans-disciplinary urban projects with CP Kukreja Architects, Delhi, and was also engaged in GIS-based research with the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Kristi completed her post-graduation in Urban Planning from CEPT University, Ahmedabad, in 2020. As an alumna, she was honoured with the role of Program Ambassador for the Masters in Urban Planning (MUP) Program. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur. Kristi is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Town Planners India (ITPI) and a registered architect.
Kristi is interested in studying the synergies between urban areas and the people who live, work, and move around the space. She practices urbanism through social work and has been an active member of a Jaipur-based wildlife NGO - Hope and Beyond, for 7 years
