Shashank is a Research Fellow at CUPP. He is an Architect and Urban Designer with work experience of 5 years. His experience has been in residential, institutional, and industrial architecture projects. He has worked on urban scale masterplans, township, and riverfront development projects. Shashank holds a Master’s degree in Urban Design from CEPT University, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from IPSA, Rajkot. Shashank’s interest lies in preparing regulatory frameworks for Master Planning and urban design, neighbourhood planning, Local Area Planning (LAP), Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) and street design.
Shashank is a registered architect with Council of Architecture. Prior to joining CUPP, he was engaged as a full time Teaching Associate and looking after the Foundation studio for PG in Faculty of Planning, CEPT University. He also worked on projects for preparing manuals for undertaking various statutory planning mechanisms along with preparing pilot Local Area Plans for the selected cities by MoHUA.
