Swathi Arora recently joined CRDF as the Communications Manager. With her varied skillset as an effective communicator, she will be responsible for the communication outreach strategies and building an engaging community for CRDF and its Centers.

Before joining CRDF, she worked with the Scholarships Office at IIT Roorkee, responsible for office communications and events. She also worked with the Alumni Section of IIT Roorkee for a brief period. In her six years of work experience in various digital environments, she worked in corporate settings such as Accenture & 99 Acres and government organizations like ONGC and IIT Roorkee. She also explored her journalistic side by working with Hindustan Times and NDTV for a short duration. 

She holds an undergraduate degree in Mass Communication from Manipal University and a Master's in Mass Communication from IMS Unison University Dehradun.
