Swathi is an effective communicator with over seven years of experience. At CRDF, she is responsible for brand, outreach and communications strategies. She is also building an engaging community for CRDF and its Centers.

Before joining CRDF, she handled communications and events at the Scholarships Office at IIT Roorkee. She also worked with the Alumni Section of IIT Roorkee for a brief period. Swathi has worked in various digital environments, including corporate settings such as Accenture & 99 Acres and government organisations like ONGC and IIT Roorkee. She also explored her journalistic side by working with Hindustan Times and NDTV for a short duration. 

She holds an undergraduate degree from Manipal University and a postgraduate degree from IMS Unison University Dehradun, both in Mass Communication.
