Conduct site assessments and oversee overall project coordination.
Perform project planning, tracking, progress monitoring, and reporting.
Coordinate design development, including inception reports and related tasks.
Prepare project documents such as reports, correspondences, minutes of meetings, and presentations.
Liaise with project consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to schedule meetings, appointments, and related tasks.
Maintain both physical and electronic project files and records.
Contribute to exhibit design, curation, and gallery design, including cost estimation.
Oversee the release of drawings during construction.
Manage execution and implementation of work on-site.
Ensure quality control throughout project phases.
Manage post-construction services, including testing, commissioning, and handover.
Attributes:
Undergraduate Bachelor in Architecture/Interior Design/Urban Planning or Postgraduate in Architecture/Interior Design/Urban Planning.
Team-oriented with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse group of artists and professionals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
Familiarity with software such as SketchUp and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), rendering software (Enscape/Lumion), and other creative tools.
