Performing cost estimations about SOR/DSR/Market conditions and preparing project budget including market surveys.
Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as working with junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors.
Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients.
Procurement Management, including bid preparations, Contracts Administration, Project Monitoring, Bid compliances, Site Measurements, and Coordination with the MEPF team.
Bid-related responsibilities include preparation of bid, evaluation of bid, and pre-bid query clarifications.
Attributes:
Postgraduate M.E(Civil) /M. Tech (Construction) Students with 2-4 years of experience or Undergraduate B.E(Civil) or B Tech with 4-6 years of experience.
Possess excellent problem-solving & analytical abilities along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong technical expertise in civil engineering, excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Ms Office Suite, Revit, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Arc GIS, Google Earth, Navisworks, and other similar software.
Exhibits sound communication skills as well as sound drafting and writing skills.
Aware of standard bidding documents and related applications.
