The candidates will execute and manage R&D activities at the centre.
They will work on various projects and techniques, contributing to the development and leading to research in Building Science, Energy Efficient Building Systems, Computer Software Development, Statistical Analysis, Data Collection, and Analysis.
The role will require strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Field and survey experience will be considered a valuable asset.
Proficiency in writing skills will provide an additional advantage.
Attributes:
An individual holding a PhD with a first-class or equivalent grade in the fields of architecture and design, building science, building energy simulation, or mechanical engineering, with a consistently strong academic track record, will be required.
They must also have at least three years of teaching, research, or industrial experience after completing their Ph.D.
Alternatively, an exceptional architect, designer, engineer, or technologist with a first-class B. Tech., M.Sc., M.Arch, M.Plan, or M.Tech (or equivalent) and a minimum of six to eight years of relevant industry experience in a reputable organisation will be considered.
Candidates in this category should have made substantial contributions to knowledge, even if they do not possess a Ph.D. degree.
