Asha B. Joshi serves as Administrative Manager at CARBSE, she administers, coordinates, monitors and evaluates the overall center related activities for seamless and efficient functioning of Center. She ensures about the organization’s regulatory/legal requirements for Quality Management System for the characterization facilities at the center safeguarding evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems. With working experience of more than 11 years in area of administration, academics, publications and human resource management, she joined CARBSE in 2009. Before joining CARBSE she has worked with Icfai Business School, Research Centre, Ahmedabad, International Development Enterprises (India) and GLS Law College, Ahmedabad. 

She holds a doctorate degree in the field of Law with a specialisation in Environmental Law and International Legal Order from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. She has to her credit eight edited books and more than twenty-five national and international conference and research papers and book articles published on subjects of environment, socio-legal, socio-economic and Enviro-legal issues.
