Ashutosh is a Transport Planner at the Center of Excellence in Urban Transport. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and has two years of professional experience in railway structures and highway projects. He also earned a Master's degree in Transportation Planning and Logistics Management from the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal, where his research focused on pedestrian safety aspects of sustainable transportation solutions.

In his current role, Ashutosh is engaged in various projects, including the CM-Urban Bus Scheme Project, High Volume Transport (HVT) Planning, and implementing low-emission zones in Indian cities. His previous experience includes working at the Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) in Tamil Nadu, where he contributed to the Regional Plan for the Coimbatore-Nilgiris region, integrating transportation planning with broader urban and regional development goals.
