Chandani Vaghela holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ, USA, and a Bachelor of Technology from CEPT University. With a diverse range of experience across multiple sectors of the construction industry, she has worked with various companies. Notably, she collaborated with a contractor on projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, focusing on military bases in NY and NJ. After returning to India, Chandani worked with a PMC and MEP firm in Ahmedabad, further expanding her expertise in all aspects of construction.

Chandani has a strong passion for Document Control in Construction Projects. She recently joined CRDF in CoE-INFRA as a Project Engineer, where she is responsible for managing all project documentation—both administrative and technical. Her duties include preparing project reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and presentations, as well as organising physical and electronic files. She also handles procurement management, contract drafting, bid document evaluation, and coordination of related tasks.
