Geethanjali is an architect turned transport planner with five years of professional experience, including nearly three years in transport planning. She is passionate about shaping sustainable, inclusive, and future-ready mobility systems through data-driven approaches and digital innovation. Her work spans research, consulting, and data analytics in the urban mobility sector, with demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and digital tool development. She holds a master’s degree in City Planning from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Government Engineering College, Thrissur.
Geethanjali has been involved in transport projects, including road safety assessments, developing low-emission zones in heritage cities with Junagadh as a case city, and the study of gendered mobility patterns for HMRTC. Her area of interest includes public transport, e-mobility, and data analytics. 
She has experience in research projects related to bus operations and e-mobility with City Future Lab (CFL), IIT Kharagpur, and WRI India. At CFL, she was involved in developing an urban bus transit dispatch, control, and surveillance system using artificial intelligence and user perception.
