Manisha Dube is a postgraduate Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in infrastructure design and project delivery. She currently serves as Practice Manager at Atkins SNCL’s Global Technology Centre (GTC) in India, where she leads a team of 50 engineers delivering wet utility design for large-scale infrastructure projects across the UK, Middle East, US, Canada, and the APAC region.
Her expertise includes foul and stormwater design and modelling for highways, airports, mixed-use developments, and nuclear facilities. She has delivered projects across all stages—feasibility, concept, preliminary, detailed design, tender, and construction—and manages multi-regional, multidisciplinary delivery models.
As the Professional Head of Discipline for Drainage, Manisha oversees technical governance, team capability building, audits, training, and digital initiatives. She collaborates with regional water leads on forecasting, staffing, and business continuity. She is an LRQA-certified internal auditor and a certified Project Manager for Green Projects, with experience in process audits, PSR maintenance, and invoice approvals.
Manisha also contributes to organizational culture through her involvement in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) initiatives and mentors emerging professionals as part of female and graduate mentorship programs.
