Manshi Raval is the Project Manager at the Center of Excellence in Infrastructure at CRDF, with over 14 years of professional experience across multinational corporations and the Government sector. She brings expertise in project coordination, compliance management, and structured institutional processes.

Prior to joining CRDF, she served for more than seven years with the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited (Government of Gujarat), where she managed portfolios across Policy & Market Research, Skill Development, and institutional initiatives. Her role involved departmental coordination, stakeholder consultation, tender lifecycle management, bid evaluation, contract documentation, financial planning, and inter-departmental liaison in alignment with public procurement frameworks. She also supported initiatives to centralize tourist footfall data, strengthening evidence-based planning and policy formulation.

At CoE-Infra, she supports project administration, documentation systems, compliance oversight, and stakeholder coordination across all assignments. Her strong understanding of government procedures and approval frameworks enables effective public-sector engagement and ensures smooth, compliant project execution.
