Megh Shah is a Research Associate at CARBSE. He has a Master's degree in Geomatics from CEPT University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Indus University, Ahmedabad. His thesis focused on the "Use of Space-Based Night-Time Light Data for Environmental and Societal Applications". This research work was carried out under the Training and Research in Earth Eco-System (TREES) Program of the Space Applications Centre (SAC-ISRO), Ahmedabad.
Before joining CARBSE, Megh worked as a GIS Analyst at Scanpoint Geomatics Limited for more than three years. During this time, he was actively involved in the implementation of over 12 Smart City Projects, demonstrating his proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
