Neel Patel is a skilled construction and project management professional with expertise in infrastructure planning, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination. Neel holds a Postgraduate degree in Advanced Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.

Neel previously served as a Planning Engineer on the Zojila Tunnel Project in Jammu & Kashmir. In this role, he was responsible for project planning, progress monitoring, subcontractor coordination, billing, and liaising with government authorities and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Currently, Neel serves as a Senior Project Engineer at the CoE-Infra, where he plays a key role in bid preparation and contract administration for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects.
