Pooja is an HR professional with around eight years of experience across start-ups and established organisations. Her work has focused on strengthening HR operations, improving employee engagement, and aligning people processes with organisational needs. Earlier, she contributed to building structured onboarding and training programmes, improving hiring processes, introducing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, and strengthening internal systems through SOP development and process optimisation.
