Pukhraj Dongre is an Urban Planner with a background in architecture. She completed her Master’s in Urban Planning at CEPT University in 2025, working on projects at multiple scales- from a development plan for Bhopal to local area planning with a TOD focus in Dwarka, Delhi, and Town Planning Schemes in Jaipur during her internship. Her thesis explored Land Value Capture (LVC) tools to support climate-resilient urban planning, reflecting her interest in linking governance, finance, and climate action. As a part of the CEPT FP Student Council, she gained additional professional exposure through conferences, guest lectures, and leadership experience.
Currently, she works as an Associate Urban Planner at CUPP, CRDF, contributing to spatial planning, research studies, site visits, and stakeholder consultations with government organizations. Her interests include blue-green infrastructure, heritage conservation, and the socio-cultural aspects of planning, with a vision to support resilient, inclusive, and culturally rooted urban development in India.
