Raju has been associated with CWAS since 2024. He is passionate about rural development and sustainable waste management for communities.

He holds a post-graduate degree in Social Work from the Central University of Kerala, Kasargod, and a B.A. in Economics from Fergusson College, Pune. At CWAS, he contributes to projects on rural water security and sustainable waste management in Maharashtra, where his primary responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring projects.
