Reshma Shah is the Project Director for the Center of Excellence in Infrastructure at CRDF. With over 27 years of experience, she has made significant contributions to construction project management, academia, and consultancy.
She has been associated with CEPT University and CRDF since 2000, serving in roles including Associate Professor, Program Coordinator, and Placement Coordinator. She has played a key role in curriculum development, student mentorship, and academic administration at the Faculty of Technology.
Her consultancy expertise spans large-scale infrastructure projects such as the Mahatma Mandir Project, Dandi Kutir Museum, and the redevelopment of Gandhinagar Railway Station. She was the Project Coordinator for the award-winning Mahatma Mandir Convention Center in Gandhinagar, ensuring its smooth execution from planning to completion. Her work includes project planning, design approvals, feasibility studies, tendering, and contract management.
Reshma has also been actively involved in training programs, industry collaborations, and professional development for engineers. Her work has earned her multiple awards, including recognition from the Indian Concrete Institute and the Construction Industry Development Council.
She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Construction & Project Management and multiple diplomas in construction technology. A member of various professional bodies, she continues to contribute to infrastructure development and capacity building in the sector.
