Rudra is an Urban Planner with a background in Construction Technology (civil engineering). Currently serving as an Associate Urban Planner at CUPP, he brings expertise in spatial planning, data analysis, and policy formulation. Rudra holds both a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology from CEPT University, Ahmedabad.

His professional experience spans performing spatial analysis, land potential and suitability assessments, preparation of Town Planning Schemes (TPS), and Development Plans (DP). Rudra has a particular interest in GIS-based analysis, remote sensing applications, and the integration of infrastructure planning with spatial strategies.
