Samiksha holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Mumbai and a Master's in Planning with a specialization in Urban Transport Systems from CEPT University, Ahmedabad. She has previously worked with architecture firms and urban research organizations, gaining experience in both design and planning domains.

Currently, she works as a Transport Planner at the Center of Excellence in Urban Transport (CoE-UT), CRDF. Her work focuses on research, technical support, and policy advisory in the field of urban mobility. With a background in both architecture and transport planning. She is proficient in various planning and design tools and software. Her areas of interest include land use and transport integration, active and public transport systems, and equitable mobility.
