Shivangie Akhaury is the Head of Human Resources at CRDF, where she also oversees Branding and Communications for CRDF and its associated centers. With a decade of experience in complex, cross-functional environments, Shivangie has developed a skill set focused on enhancing organisational effectiveness and managing employee relations.

At CRDF, Shivangie spearheads the strategic development and implementation of HR initiatives that support the organisation’s overarching objectives. Through her leadership, she enhances employee engagement and refines HR processes to meet the needs of the organisation better. Shivangie also plays a role in steering the organisation’s branding and communication strategies, with the purpose of having CRDF’s values and mission resonate with the stakeholders.

Shivangie is an alumnus of Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, Indraprastha University, and Delhi University. Her professional background includes involvement with research institutions such as the Center for Social Research and India Infrastructure, as well as a management role in academic institutions like CEPT University and UPES.
