Shivangie Akhaury is associated with CRDF as Head of Human Resources. She joined CRDF in 2016, prior to which she was serving at the CEPT University’s President’s Office.

In her more than ten years of work experience within various complex cross-functional environments, her varied skillset in designing and deploying HR strategies has enhanced organisational effectiveness to manage employee relations better and has proven to be an asset for CRDF & the Centers on multiple occasions.

She completed her graduation in Developmental Communication from Delhi University and her Master of Business Administration in HR from Indraprastha University. In addition, she holds a Postgraduate Certification in HRM from Xavier School of Management, Jharkhand.
