Design Coordinator — CoE-INFRA

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Site Assessment & Overall Project Coordination for related tasks.
  • Perform project planning and tracking, monitoring progress, reporting, quantity survey and estimation, and bill preparation, review, and recommendation.
  • Perform Design Coordination based on requirements like the Design Development Works Inception Report.
  • Prepare documents such as Project Reports, Necessary Correspondences, Minutes of Meetings, and Presentations.
  • Liaison with Project consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to schedule meetings, appointments, and other tasks.
  • Maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
  • Perform procurement management, contract drafting and evaluation of bid documents, related coordination.
  • Exhibit Design, Curation and Gallery design works with related Cost Estimation
  • Release of drawings during construction
  • Execution and implementation of work
  • Quality Control
  • Post Construction Services (Testing, Commissioning & Handover)

Attributes:

  • Undergraduate Bachelor's in Architecture/Interior Design or Postgraduate in Architecture/Interior Design.
  • Team-oriented attitude, Excellent people & communications skills, and possess problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills required. 
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse group of artists and professionals. Adobe Suite knowledge with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • AutoCAD & Revit, Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and familiarity with creative software required.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe suite, and rendering software – Enscape / Lumion, MS Office.

Remuneration: To be mutually agreed upon based on experience. (For PG, experience shall be reviewed separately.)
