Mrudula Mane conducted Documentation Workshop for MCR Foundation Studio, Faculty of Architecture, CEPT University from 29 August - 17 September 2022. The three-week workshop, introduced students to theory, principles and application of documentation techniques for the purpose of built heritage conservation.
The students engaged in archival research, creating measured drawings, architectural photography, photogrammetric processes and GIS mapping at Nagarkhana at Bhuj Darbargadh. The site is part of CHC’s Conservation Site School initiative in collaboration with M.M.K.B. Trust.
We thank our subject experts Khushi Shah , Maniyarasan R. and Prabhin Sukumaran for introducing students to measured drawings, photogrammetry and GIS respectively.
