Spatial Data Analysis with Google Earth Engine

M.Tech Geomatics, Faculty of Technology CEPT University, in association with IIT Tirupati Navavishkar I-Hub Foundation, GRSS Student chapter, IEEE GRSS Gujarat Chapter, IEEE GRSS student branch CEPT University, Center for Applied Geomatics (CAG) and ISRS Ahmedabad Chapter are co-hosting a two-day workshop on ‘Spatial Data Analysis with Google Earth Engine’ on 17th March 2023 (5:00 – 6:30 PM) and 18th March 2023 (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM). On the first day, the workshop is open to High School Students and College Students while on the second day, it is open to College students and Professionals from the Geospatial Domain.

Day 1 Guest Speaker: Lipi Gandhi will be conducting a 90 minutes session on the topic ‘My Maps for mapping community’ on 17th March 2023.

Day 2 Guest Speakers: Raj Bhagat and Aakash Malik will be taking 3 sessions on ‘Google Earth Engine (GEE) and its applications in Remote Sensing’.

An introduction to Google Earth Engine will be given followed by a demonstration with examples of the application of GEE and concluding the day with the participants doing a hands-on GEE code.
