Architecture Learning Programme for Business Development Associates of Kohler

CRDF had conducted a design sensitization workshop on 25 - 26 November 2019 for Kohler India for their business development associates. The Kohler team comprised of representatives across all regions of India. The workshop was conducted through CRDF by Shailesh Manke and Niraj Shah both alumnus of Faculty of Design, CEPT University. The day one comprised of sessions on basics of design process and space planning followed by a session on understanding Kohler brand from the ‘buyer and sellers' perspective and the Designer acting as a decision maker and influencer. An extensive discussion on establishing a connect with Kohler business development team and design community.
A short session by Punit Tambia sales and marketing professional on motivation and human connect was conducted. Day two a session on case studies of washrooms designed by the firms of both the alumni and a session on architectural and design historical era's was also held.
A Moderated panel discussion by Niraj Shah was conducted where insights on selection process, shortlisting and recommending products as per the category and scale of the project, technical issues and marketing aspects were shared.
