The ‘International Research Symposium on Cultural Heritage Perspectives’ took place at CEPT University on 27th Feb 2025. The symposium was organised as part of the international collaboration between CEPT and Nottingham Trent University to strengthen knowledge exchange on cultural heritage. PhD candidates from both universities presented their research under the following thematic sessions:


1. On-ground narratives: Everyday Life, Spatial Politics and Cultural Heritage
2. Mobilising Heritage: Community Development, Sustainable Tourism and Creative Economies
3. Understanding Built Heritage: Digital Technologies and Material Science Perspectives



Each session concluded with the presenters and attendees exchanging insights on methodological approaches, theoretical frameworks, and practical challenges in cultural heritage research, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and potential future.
