The intent is to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of construction projects and develop robust procurement methods. As part of this project, we are creating a user-friendly online portal that will cover comprehensive details gathered and curated from the above-mentioned stages, which can be used for projects pan-India.
The project will enable the industry professionals to use these documents as per their project requirement while preparing tenders and during various stages of the Construction Projects. This will be a useful document for any construction project tendering process. There will be guidelines for using the documents.
Currently, we are working on Stage 1 wherein we are reviewing and writing Item specifications and detailed specifications for various items used in the projects. The prepared documents are also reviewed with industry experts. Once the documents are ready, it will be uploaded on a portal which will be easy to use from anywhere.
As a part of this endeavour, we invite all the Industry Professionals like Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Construction Project Clients, Project Management Consultants, Suppliers, etc. to be a part of this pioneering project by giving their inputs in writing and submitting their project specifications, case studies, product specifications. You will be given credit for the submission.
