Monitoring Snow and Glaciers of Himalayan Region

CAG, CRDF was engaged by the Space Applications Centre, ISRO for Monitoring Snow and Glaciers of Himalayan Region project. The project involved overlooking the basins - Bramhaputra, Ganga and Indus in the region. A Himalayan Glacier Information System showcases the data of these basins with their respective morphology. The system also displays features for basic layers and selected. It's smartly designed to permit multiple querying and information about sub-basins as well.
