Jay Thakkar shares insights on revival of crafts post pandemic at British Council webinar

Jay Thakkar, Executive Director, Design Innovation & Craft Resource Center (DICRC) was invited to speak on the impacts of Covid-19 at the webinar hosted by British Council on May 13th as part of India Craft Week 2020. The theme of the webinar symposium was  “A (UN) Certain Future: a strategy for re-building the Craft Sector”. Jay's presentation - Celebrating Clay: Revival of crafts post-pandemic addressed the difficulties faced by the craftspeople of Gundiyali, Kutch and DICRC's efforts to provide them support during this challenging time.
