Indo-Swiss Building Energy Efficiency Camp (BEEP Camp)

The Indo-Swiss Building Energy Efficiency Camp (BEEP Camp) is an intensive and immersive experience, designed to enable learning in the domain of building energy efficiency and the integrated design process.

8 days. 50 participants. Faculty consisting of technical experts and soft skill trainers from India and Switzerland

BEEP Camp will reinforce:

• Fundamentals of building physics
• Passive strategies
• Thermal comfort
• Cooling processes
• Ventilation
• Daylighting
• Building simulation
• Monitoring etc.

Participants will learn from:

• Expert lecture sessions
• Tutorials
• Group exercises
• Field visits
• Soft skills sessions on teamwork and effective communication.

Eligibility:

• Students pursuing post-graduate studies, in the domain of Architecture, Planning, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or other branches of Engineering;
• Students from final year of undergraduate program in Architecture;
• Scholars from doctoral studies in Architecture and Engineering.
• Limited number of seats are also reserved for early career professionals.
