CARBSE team trained on UAV operations
The iNUMBER (iNtegrated Urban Model for Built Environment Energy Research) project team of CARBSE received a six-day hands-on training on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Operations and Data Processing. CARBSE has procured a CHC P-550 UAV with hexacopter configuration which is capable of carrying a five-angle oblique camera to conduct aerial photogrammetry. The training included capturing aerial images, data handling and modelling to accelerate the development of a data-driven 3D urban model.
