CHC's course for conducting tests for historic buildings

The Center for Heritage Conservation organised a 5-day certificate course from 26th to 30th July 2022 titled ‘Non-invasive testing methods for historic buildings.' The course was through CEPT professional programs for Civil and Structural Engineering, and Heritage Conservation students and young professionals.  The course was designed as a workshop for participants to develop skills in conducting Non-Destructive Tests (NDT) and Minor Destructive Tests (MDT) for historic buildings.  The training included hands-on engagement and exercises at CEPT's Conservation Site School in Dharmaj, Gujarat.  The course also included onsite and online expert interactions and lectures from Mehul Shah, Dr. Arun Menon, Dr. Aanal Shah and Khushi Shah.
