CWAS: Online workshop for Elected Women Representatives (Presidents) of ULBs in Maharashtra

A webinar was organized jointly by CWAS, CEPT University and AIILSG, Mumbai for Women Elected Representatives (Presidents) for ULBs of Maharashtra for effective functioning and participation in local governance with focus on FSSM. The key note address was delivered by Hon'ble Mayor of Mumbai Corporation. The webinar discussions focus on how women’s participation for FSSM can be increased for small and medium towns. It ended with a call for action by all women elected presidents to participate effectively towards implementing FSSM in their cities. There were 34 women presidents present in the webinar.
