DICRC launches 'Celebrating Gundiyali' virtual exhibition

DICRC launched the first-ever virtual exhibition of 'Celebrating Gundiyali: Beyond Clay' on 18th December 2020.  The exhibition is a curation of the collaborative works with the terracotta craftspeople of Gundiyali, Kachh, Gujarat on the levels of design, innovation, technology and experiential tourism. With the exhibition, a website Celebrating Gundiyali containing all the information about the craft, community and the projects carried with the craft community in detail was also launched.  As one of the objectives of DICRC is to connect design fraternities and craftspeople, the website has details of the craftspeople practising terracotta crafts for anyone wishing to connect with them.  The virtual exhibition is open to the public until 28th February 2021.
