Dr. Gill Chitty, Director, Center for Conservation Studies at Department of Archeology, University of York delivered the inaugural lecture for Center for Heritage Conservation (CHC) on March 25 2019. In her lecture titled: Conservation and Heritage of York: Partnership & Sustainability, Dr. Chitty spoke about York’s sustainable and collaborative approach towards conserving its built heritage. She also drew attention to the key role that institutional centers play in developing new knowledge and forging partnerships.
