Keynote by Rajan Rawal at ASHRAE conference

Rajan Rawal, Executive Director, Center for Advanced Research in Building Science and Energy (CARBSE) delivered Keynote address at the prestigious 2019 ASHRAE Building Performance Analysis Conference in USA. He spoke on the ‘Global Cooling Prize’, an innovation competition to develop climate-friendly residential cooling solutions that can provide access to cooling to people around the world without warming the planet. The competition is being administered by CARBSE. In his speech, Rajan explained the technical evaluation criteria of the Prize and the laboratory and field testing protocols to be followed during the evaluation state to determine the winner.
