Ramit Raunak of CoE-UT participated in World Bank Youth Summit 2021

Ramit Raunak, Research Associate, Center of Excellence in Urban Transport, CRDF, was selected to attend the World Bank Youth Summit 2021.  Happened on 9th and 10th June 2021, the Youth Summit is an annual event that engages with youth globally on the most pressing topics facing our generation. Ramit was selected among 5000 applicants to attend the summit from all across the world.  Further, he also participated in the 'Environmental and Social (E&S) Case Challenge' and represented India and CRDF as a member of the South Asia team.  The case challenge involved developing strategies to foster sustainability in private industries.  Together, the team developed strategies to reduce Co2 emissions and promoting inclusivity and resilience in small scale businesses.
