Workshop on financing urban sanitation

The Center for Water and Sanitation (CWAS) in partnership with India Sanitation Coalition (ISC) organized a workshop on “Financing Urban Sanitation” on 13th June 2019 in Mumbai. It brought together practitioners, service providers, financing institutions, investors and other funders to deliberate on the scale of financing requirements to achieve universal sanitation services, the scope, scale and modalities of impact investments in sanitation, and the role of governments, financing institutions, philanthropic foundations and the private sector  in sanitation service delivery.
