Capacity Building and Technical Support for AMRUT 2.0

CWAS was involved in discussions with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs MoHUA to provide domain knowledge, conceptual frameworks and feedback for the AMRUT 2.0 mission. This included consultation in designing and testing the Pey Jal Survekshan in cities, as a challenge process to assess water supply, sewerage and septage management, reuse and recycling and water body conservation. CWAS, in partnership with IPE Global, worked on the development of forthcoming CPHEEO Urban Water Supply Guidelines. The objective was to provide overall guidance on the capacity-building component of the assignment, support the desk review of the water and sanitation sector in the country as well as design the field missions.
