1. Preparing E Bus procurement Strategy
2. Specifications
3. Gross cost bid
4. Response to pre-bid bid queries
5. Bid Evaluation Process -Technical Price bid, bid evaluation report, LOA
6. Inspection and approval of prototype and inspection and approval after 3^rd party checks
