Urban Development and Service Improvement

CEPT Research and Development Foundation conducted two-day training sessions for Gujarat, Ahmedabad Urban Local Bodies on 15th and 16th November 2016.  The training sessions focused on:

• Solid Waste Management in a Changing Urban Setting
• The Practical Aspects of Change Management to implement new approaches
• Tackling Mobility Challenges for Growing Cities
• Smart Cities in a Changing India
• Innovations in local area planning, and Prioritizing Change Initiatives

The sessions were conducted at the Ahmedabad AMA facilities.  Cities such as Himmatnagar, Surendranagar, Bharuch, Modasa, Bopal-Ghuma, Gandhidham, Nadiad, Dabhoi, Mangrol, Wadhvan, Porbandar, Godhra, Petlad, Dahod, Mandvi, Keshod, and many more participated in the training sessions.
